Re: Hi from Paris, France ^^

It was one of our reasons to use Ravi because he has no known epilepsy risk. Inara has pretty good lines regarding the epilepsy but we knew very well that it is a problem in the breed. I wouldn't use a Groenendael from unknown lines.

Re: Hi from Paris, France ^^

I was also surprised to find out... unfortunately, it (epilepsy being a health issue in the Goenendael) hadn't been brought to our attention until after we approved the outcross but, hopefully, Inara's bloodline is clear. However, it also means that we have to be extra careful with any additional G...

Re: Register an unregistered Tamaskan?

You need the DNA send to neogen(I think it was a cheek swap). So you need Lynns cooperation
I think the TDR does have Bodies DNA so maybe they already have JJs but I don't think they have Ollie.
You should contact the TDR

Miss Squish is full sister to Teyah@moondance and closely related to Arrow. Adding a third dog from the same lines won't help the breed.

I don't think I'm interested in the German or Dutch breeders since they're no longer part of the TDR either. I might get in touch with Starlight Tamaskans through email too and ask about their future plans, I'm not looking to get a dog immediately but it's pretty sad that all the Tamaskan breeders ...

the fluff around the ears makes me think they are genetically longcoated, how long their coats will get is not predictable, though I don't think it will be very long I have jet to see another non longcoated Tam which such a thick and 'shaggy' coat as my boy has and he wasn't very fluffy as a pup htt...

Do you have to show him before breeding to a groenen? If not then I would just do the health test. white is on this moment not an accepted color (and I hope it's not going to be either)

white and cream are the same btw, they are e/e which is recessive red, recessive reds can be as light as looking white or a deep red color and everything in between.
