bienvenue! Your English is very good and I would not consider it broken at all.
A groenendael was added last year and all 5 pups were (in my opinion) quite lovely.

Goedenavond Tessa! Welkom. The forum isn't as active as it used to be so you will find it easier to meet up with people and their Tamaskan on the Tamaskan NL Facebook page. Depending on how close you are to the German border, you could maybe meet some Germans and their Tamaskan. There are a couple o...

Lol yes, 7k is what I told Nat. It may end up being more depending on the cost of the blood tests. There are currently no future breeders in aus (the second and third tams haven't even got here yet, and all are boys). I do hope to breed in the future, but it will be a couple of years before I can a...

Gday AussieNat That's extremely dissapointing if that cost is correct, I haven't looked into Aquis yet or into the whole import process too deeply.....and I live in Adelaide.......I'm just not ready yet to apply/put name down. There are " future " TDR listed breeders though right......in Australia?...

Hay Nat. I'm not sure if that is right. England is rabies Free too, but dogs still need to have a rabies shot at (earliest) 12 weeks. They then have to wait a month before having a blood test, and 150 days after they can fly (provided test comes back ok) is contact daff to be sure though. I'm pretty...

The tam does have those three breeds in its background. Also, it's not a recognised breed, so the kind of test you used would not show "tamaskan" even for pure dogs. @ Lucas. I did not say her dog was from RPK lines, I said it was a possibility. @ Lakota. If you have a smart phone, there is an app y...

http://www.dog-dna.com/about/laboratory.php This is the company that the tdr use. Before dogs are mated they must be DNA profiled. Maybe since your dogs "breeder" believed it to be a wolfdog, it's possible that she got her dog from RPK (right puppy kennel), who is a puppy farmer who breeds "American...

Hi Lakota. Why not start with posting a couple of photos of your dog. If a lot of people think it could be a tam, or a tam cross, then you could send off a cheek swab to the company that does the DNA tests for tams and it may come back with matching relatives. Where did you get your dog?
