How do you Barf/Feed on Hiking Trips?

Post by SaBru » Tue Dec 06, 2016 4:52 pm

Hey there,

i wonder how you guys feed your dogs on hiking trips.
I would love to Barf and keep it up, but during winter and summer we are occasional a few days in a row up in the mountains. I think i can do one day with the food but more than one day i will not bring raw meet with me. I wouldn't want to go back to normal dogwood for that. How are rue guys experiences with that.

Thanks.
Greets from Vienna

We feed BARF to our dogs as their regular daily diet but when we are traveling / camping / hiking (etc) then we bring kibble with us instead: Brit Care grain-free super-premium kibble. It just isn't convenient or straightforward to bring BARF with us... kibble is much better and less messy. ;)

I use freeze dried instead, super light and still almost raw.
