Re: Nails--How short is too short
I've never needed to cut Cindy's nails at all. Hers are extremely short, so much so that the vet keeps asking if I cut them (with a view to telling me off). I can only assume it's something to do with the HD and the manic running she does do (that she's not supposed to do due to HD)

Yes, he is still a pup. Not a tiny new pup but not full grown either, maybe 6 months???? I stupidly didn't ask how old he was but I was torn between telling her of my experiences and getting the kids to school. He's a pale one. Not familiar with Lynn's dogs anymore...

Surprise meeting with another Tam
On the way out of the house this morning for the school run I saw a lady with a puppy that looked so much like a Tam. Knowing that there's not many around I asked "is that a husky?" instead. I was almost floored when she said "No, it's a Tamaskan...". Her gorgeous boy is from Lynn (the lady couldn't...
Re: Two TDRs?
They were presented with evidence that they had been caught out with falsifying pedigrees (including dams) to cover up back to back matings among other things. They were asked to explain and put their side of the story forward on here but chose not to say anything at all. The TDR was already reorgan...

Glad something has improved. We use James Well Beloved Lamb & Veg for Cindy. It is cereal free. I don't know if this would help Willow..... Perhaps worth a try. James well Beloved will send out samples if you want to see if it will even be eaten (before trying a bit more to see if it improves matters)

A bit of a moot topic really seeing as there's less than 5000 African wild dogs left in the world. The numbers have halved since 2001 (when we were lucky enough to see them in wilds of Zimbabwe during our wedding/moon). All thanks to them being related close enough to domestic dogs to be wiped out b...

Cindy's hip score came back today as 75. 35 right, 40 left.
We knew it was going to be bad (had actually assumed it would be higher) so not much of a shock.
