With Sylvaen, you would have to import assuming you stay in the States. Importing usually costs more, but Debbie can definitely give you more info on importing.

It would depend on the breeder and their dog's temperaments. Some bloodlines are calmer, which may work better for apartments. Best thing you can do is start talking to breeders as they will know their dogs and puppies they've produced. A reputable breeder will stay in contact with their puppy owner...
