I have been reading a lot On the ICB group on this and I do still like the idea of monitoring COI but I feel the more generation used the better. A dog at 4% could jump to 25% theoretically if you use 20 generations. I like the idea of using all the information I can dig up but still like to remain ...

I very much agree with this since this is what I have read in several books and articles but have you stipulated over how many generations? 4% over 10 generations or over of 4% over 5 generations?

My Zephyr defiantly is very husky like, smaller and boxier in body, his tail curls over his back, he has zero recall, and really needs a job. I think the two on the left will stay wolf grey with middle masks or full masks, probably a good combo of Freyja and Arrow. As for the pup on the far right she already has a minimal mask and very distinct sharp markings so will probably look the most like her husky ancestors on arrows side.

Get the protective sleeves for them... if your dogs wrestle or mouth each others necks they easily detach and become chew toys... kind of expensive to replace. Been hoping for some extra collars to go up on ebay since the last one was chewed up but no luck on the extra collars just the original pac...

Zephyr is a nightmare to walk on a leash... I have tried over a dozen collars or contraptions to help teach dogs to walk nicely they have all turned out to be a waste of money. He is so over stimulated and excited outside of the house that I don't take him on many walks anymore, mostly just harness ...

I have one for my tamaskan Zephyr... well had it never stayed attached to his collar and well and my other dog found it when it popped off and well used it as a chew toy. If a imported female unrelated to the common lines in the USA use him I would be interested in a pup from him... I like that he has Iditarod racing lines and Bear grease racing dogs behind him from some very well known racing kennels... great for my working line tamaskan
