I heard MSM helps with achy joints and arthritis too...but my lab is not showing signs of joint problems yet (thank goodness!). Can't think of any other ways to exercise a dog with HD, sorry. :(

I just thought of this during dinner...have you tried a dominant dog collar on Wylie? I remember the trainer I used to intern with used dominant dog collars if the dog didn't respond to a slip chain. It works like a slip chain should except you use much less force for a correction and it always stay...

I have a wire crate for my lab. I just use a medium weight bedsheet (or towels) to cover it up - she likes it dark in there. Whenever I have to wash it, she gets uncomfortable because her 'den' is exposed. lol. There are times when it helps if I have guests at the house, I cover her crate completely...

Hello and thank you ;) I am actually planning on getting a puppy from Hawthorne it's only a 5 hour drive from where I will be living and they predict that freyja will be in heat around March so I don't have to wait too long :D I'm excited so you have a red grey tamaskan show me some pictures!
