If I ever get to the "kennel" stage, the choice for me will be Anthracite Tamaskan.

It's a tribute to my family, for we came from miners in hard coal (Anthracite) country. (contrast with Bituminous or "soft" coal)

Or as we used to say back home: "Hard Coal - Hard Core!"
