I dunno, the one time I locked him in my room he peed in front of the door. I think it's SA but I'm not sure how to fix the crate problem. He has to stay in there, there really are no other options. Only thing you can do is be patient and let him grow out of it... Zephyr pee'd in the house if I lef...

Zephyr did this after about 5 months I was tired of it... I bought a new crate that the blankets/towels were not needed to keep him safe... and he still peed everytime he was put in it... only difference is it went in a pan and he wasn't walking in it.... He did this up until the day I no longer cra...

Ok, any body have and updated number on Jackals offspring and hips? 25 scored now? 9 failing I have no idea what the updated number would be but I would think the other way around actually where did you get the 22 from? If that one is true (and all the ones thought to be Jackal offspring isn't his)...

My Tamaskan is a companion in the house but if I hook him up to the sled he can be a maniac with the rest of the pulling breeds screaming and howling to run/pull... I think they have the possibility to be both... Zephyr would be in heaven if he could pull the sled every day but he can do without it...

Y'know, i'd never looked at that before... Sam's tail bone ends at his hock joint but the fur takes it about 2 inch past that. Never known why tho, i thought it was a wolf appearance thing.... My Zephyr did this for almost two months... I found out it wasn't his food it was the hoove trimming that don't agree with his stomach. It took me a while to figure it out since he was throwing up to 3-4 hours after eating one... he will be gag and hack an then up chucking everything in his stomach.

Ruby was tested with OFA because it was before BVA was mandatory.... Now FCI and BVA are accepted, dont think OFA is. Also if I am not mistaken isn't it the clubs choice on what hip scoring scheme they accept?

My Tamaskan Zephyr does this with unfamiliar men in my house. He will just bark and howl from across the room even though everyone is ignoring him... He will get a little bolder and creep closer and then bark/howl and then run away... over and over and over until visitor leaves... not a treat in the...

1. High quality grain free food with food and water bowl, tons of toys/ collar and leash
2. A crate that is indestructible (not collapsible wire ones).
3. Dog insurance and a vet that knows arctic breeds.

Beautiful boy! He has such a wolfy look. It will be fun to watch him grow :) For now, it looks like he could take flight with those ears!! :lol: lol. I'm sure he'll grow into them...with his size, those ears might turn out to be small in proportion to the rest of his body when he's full grown. :lol...
