Those markings will definitely blend in as she grows... I can already tell that she's going to look really wolfy.

I'm glad to hear so - Sølve has almost the exact markings and it looks a little weird being the darkest place on her body - do you know any other Tam who started out looking like this (with the dark around the eyes and fairly light everywhere ells) I'd like to see how they turned out

I cannot do anything ells but love this girl, she is SO much like my own

Blustag Inuit Crow had similar dark around the eyes. http://www.tamaskan-dog.com/colour.htm

Kira is lovely! I can't wait to see how she grows!

As for the dark face, is she losing her 'puppy fur'? I find (and this is through pics so I may be completely wrong!) that when puppy start to get more 'adult fur' it starts coming in on their faces first which makes them seem dark. But the rest of her body should start to match soon. for an extreme example look at Winni as a puppy. Her face is very dark and her body very light in comparison as it lacks the dark adult overlay. As she grew older the dark overlay came in and she is now dark overall. I don't think she'll turn out very dark, but then you never know with tams. I've seen puppies that were dark in the face as puppies but weren't that dark later. I feel like they can dark or lighten with age,
