Jack is such a good boy!
Now I can take him with me when my horse and me are riding through the fields and forests.
He walks perfektly on leash and I am sure we are able to train him that he will stay near us when he walks free too.

The first picture is me on the first ride outside with my two men.
And on the second and third picture a friend of mine is riding and her dog and Jack are running free around her.

The first month of his live Jack wants to play with the horses and got too close to them... My horse was really patient with him but one day he had a bad day and I saw this. But I let Jack do the same as everytime because he had to learn that horses can be also dangerous himself. So my horse kick him softly on Jacks hind leg. He was very shocked and was afraid of horses long time... :? It takes a lot of time and work that he feel sure again next to them. But now he learned it!! He hold the safety distance without being panic next to them. :D

It's lucky that it worked out that way... Jasper is not so good around horses (he likes to bark at them and chase them) so I worry that one day he will get kicked. A soft kick would teach him a lesson (respect) but a hard kick to the head would kill him, so it makes me worried. However, in a few days we will go horse riding so I will practice by bringing Jasper near to the horses (on a leash) and each of the other dogs (one at a time) so they will all learn to behave and respect the horses. Hopefully it will be ok! :D

A few new pictures of my best buddy Jack.

I want to teach him that swimming is not that terrible he is thinking. So we were at a lake two times last week when it was very hot weather. I helped him a few times with my hands under his stomach and he wants to swim himself and you can see how he wants to be strong but he is a little to scary so we had to go some more times to the lake until he is strong enough in his head to try it himself. My legs are green and blue now. 8-)

The last picture is from today when we were alone at the office and he was allowed to come in (normally he is outside). He loves it to be with me in my office.

And some others (the last ones ;) )
He is a real clown!!

Jack loves it so much to pull me on the inliner.
On the third picture you see my sister. She is Jacks wrestling partner. :D
The fourth picture shows his area when I am working inside. It is big enough for a hole pack of Tamaskans but I hope to get only one more next year or the year after that.

Oh sorry, I found some more photos...
Did I ever told you guys how wonderful my Jack is around babies and children?

Most of the time he ignores them but that did not mean he do not recognize them. And when they touch him or speak with him too much he goes away. He is very very carefully when he sniff at them or lick them. He had never try to steal food out of their little fingers. :D
He met hyperactive children and the parents ask me if he is OK when they will be a bit harder with him and very activ. I said no because I feel at the same moment that he seems to know that they are not bad. He only goes carefully and slowly away from them.

Lovely photo of Jack swimming. When Maya swam for the first time I was so proud of her. It took her a while to figure out she could swim and didn't have to wade all the time!

Thank you!! It's a big compliment of someone who makes such beautiful pictures! :D
It's a Canon EOS 650D but at the moment only with an EF-S 18-55 IS II objectiv. I need definetely a better one to zoom.
I think I am not the first person who asked... but which camera and objectiv do you use?

We are going to dogschool every week since he is was 9,5 weeks old. We had ups and downs and at the moment he is a little afraid of people when I am not on his side. When I am next to him he is OK but a little stressed... I am really interested how he will develop now. If this is only a phase or if this is his nature.

For example when all the people of the dogschool are standing in a line with their dogs and Jack is at the beginning and I am on the end and I had to call him he do not want to run nearly the others, he makes a very large sheet around them. (Hope you can understand what I want to say).

This is an exercise which we can well! 8-) He is under my controll mostly the whole time without leash although there are the other dogs and one other Tamaskan. :D
