It's a Canon EOS 650D but at the moment only with an EF-S 18-55 IS II objectiv. I need definetely a better one to zoom.
I think I am not the first person who asked... but which camera and objectiv do you use?
I use a Nikon D5100 and my lens these days is a 50mm F1.8...I used to use an 18-55mm but I like my new lens a lot better, though it doesn't zoom at all. My next lens will be a zoom lens for sure!

Love your new photos. Jack looks like such a sweetheart!

Some people told me that he grown the last weeks and because he is eating a little bader now I think the growing-phase is over now. We will see if he will be getting boarder in his next growing-phase. ;)
But broad or narrow is not very important for me! I love him although if he will still look like a lady.

Some very nice pictures from yesterday:

Last Saturday we drove 350 km to walk with some other owners of wolfdogs of different breeds. There were 3 American Wolfdogs, one Spencer Wolfdog, 2 Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs, one Saarloos Wolfdog, one young North American Indian Dog, one Marxdorfer Wolfdog, 2 white Shepherds, one Eurasier and ONE TAMASKAN!!! :D
It was very interesting and a very nice group!

First some pictures from a friend of me and Jack (Jack and Tatanka always wants to play ) and then some pictures from me of the others.

It is an American Wolfdog. The brother of Tatanka, the blue girl we dogsit sometimes.

The two dogs nose on nose are Tatanka (American Wolfdog) and Tikaani (Spencer Wolfdog), not Jack. ;)

And again some photos of our adventures. :D
The following 10 pictures are on the Tamaskan-Germany-Club-House. Jack is so wonderful with pups! How are your dogs with puppies? Jack ignore them most of the time and when they are too intrusive with him he will tell them very clearly but also very gently that he do not want this.

Jack and I are on holiday at the North Sea in Germany from today till Friday.
He saw the sea for the first time of his live and he enjoyed it so much! So much space to run as fast as he can to the other dogs to play with them!
And next to the beach and the hotel there is a very big forest where we can walk for hours. :D

Yesterday evening was very funny! Jack met 3 Skunks of a friend of mine.
First he was afraid and he was so irritated that he barked at the Skunks (what he does very rarely). One time he tried to touch them harder with his nose and then I said him to stop and lay down. That makes him more calm again and then everything was OK.
The Skunks did not met such a large dog before too, so they were a little afraid but it was really OK and later they walked through the flat as if there is no wolfdog. ;)

I think these skunks are very well sociolized with dogs.....otherwise I would think he didn't lay so close to them.....I am just imagine here what would/could happen if the skunk decided that they don't like Jack

Only one of them is sociolized with small dogs, the other two not. And when Jack was too crazy they fled into the wardrobe.
But when he was calm and lied down it was OK and they walk around everywhere.

Domesticated Skunks do have very very small scent glands or they are obliterated in puppies under anesthesia. So there is no danger! 8-)

There’s a battle between two wolves inside us all.
One is Evil. It’s anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego.
The other is Good. It’s joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness and truth.

The wolf that wins? The one you feed!

~ Cherokee Proverb

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity... I'm not sure about the former.

Wow, great pictures! Those skunks are very cute. Is it difficult to keep them as pets? Jack is a very pretty boy, all grown up now! And I'm quite jealous, would love to have a wolf pack so close by that I could visit with the dogs!

You are very welcome to visit this wolf pack with me! ;)
It is the only one I know where dogs and wolves can so near together!

You own a wolfdog so I do not think you will be getting problems to own skunks as pets indoor. :D They are like a mix of wolfdog and cat. Very stupid and difficult to train. Socialisation is everything! Then they will be very happy and cute friends!

Yesterday Jack and I had our very first race!!! :D
Karen helped me a lot and I was allowed to use her scooter / step.
It was only a just-for-fun race but Jack made a very very good job!!! We started training only 1,5 weeks before first with inliner, then with scooter. And he learned to pull one year before at a workshop.
He did what I tell him (forward, left and right) and a big team with 5 huskies overtook us without any problems!
The trail was 4,7 km long and I will know the time hopefully soon. In total he galloped over half of the trail and the rest he trotted very fast (hope this are the right words in English).
Because it was raining and the trail was very muddy sometimes I had to work a lot and I was very happy when we arrived the finish.
It was definetely not our last race!!

1. picture: last constructions from Karen before the race
2. picture: making ready to go to the start
3. picture: START
4. picture: last few meters before the FINISH
5. picture: after race
