Hi all,

Didn't upload photo's for a while, so her are a lot. Mila is doing great, very active and playfull. Also growing up characterwise. She is listening better, ignoring other dogs when she has to when she is offlead. And she proves to be a good hunter, apart from mice and moles she caught a big musk-rat last week. I'm not fond of it, but couldn't prevent it, happened in two seconds.
I have also done a hunting and tracking trainigcourse with her. And, to my surprise, she did very well! She was fast to learn what the meaning was of the exercises even though we never trained with dummies before. She retrieved dummies over 50 yards away, after the sound of a gun shot. She could also track a dummie for about 20 yards and collect multiple dummies that where hidden in the long grass/bushes. I regret I don't have any movies from the training though. Very funny to see a wolfy looking dog retrieving dummies after a gun shot.



But she doesn't hunt only animals....

Thank you! I like the last picture too, it was a mystical feeling too, because the forest was so thick that you couldn't hear any sound and it was quite dark even though it was bright daylight.

Thanks! It's about 18-22 degrees Celsius now, a bit cold compared to normal. But she does have a thick coat, a bit like a husky, even when it gets hotter than this the coat will stay about the same.

We took Mila with us in August on our 3 week holiday to France! We've been in Normandie, the north of France. She did great and she loved to go camping. She behaved very well and I was very proud of my little girl. Ofcourse I took a lot of pictures, so here they are!

She did great in the car, sometimes for hours when we were in a traffic jam. But she still got that happy face.


And she curled up in our bed when she got the chance.

Awesome photos! Mila's niece ("Dany" - Sylvaen Eevee) also lives in the Netherlands... I think she will look quite a lot like Mila when she is full-grown.
