Some of my art

Post by Nino » Mon Jul 12, 2010 10:36 pm

I thought I would make a threat where I could show you guys some of my artwork.
I will probably post more in time.

The first 2 I will show you is drawn by me today, from pictures found online - since I did not have any I was satisfied with drawing.

The first is from a picture of Taylor Lautner - I think i got pretty close to the actual picture but you judge
Sorry for the poor quality of my photo - the picture is taken by my phone, and is in a weird angle I notice

The wolf is from this picture:

I love the wolf picture, you're very good. The picture of Taylor is not bad at all, better than what I can do, when it comes to drawing people I just go anime style.

I startet working on this some weeks ago, and just finished.
it takes some time to make all that hair.

Here goes.
I borrowed a picture of Jasper (sylvæns tamaskan male) as a pup (hopes that is okay) to sketch after.
http://www.sylvaen.com/index.html - the index picture (or one like it, just whole figure)

of course you can :-)
but you should really see the original, this is only a picture of it, and the colors are a bit off.
when I get a possibility I'll take a copy in color for you :-)

The other is Good. It’s joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness and truth.

Soo I have been in a bit of a drawing ditch for quite a while, but after watching Issypupus pictures, I read up on the "dot" drawing she had done, and found it very interesting.
I just had to try it, and startet out with a simple "ball", which was pretty nice looking, I think.
My friend liked the "Ball" too, and asked me to do a spider in the same style, and this is what came of it..

Estimated time the spider took me 7-8 hours.. I'm pretty content with the result, though I'm not entirely sure if I want to make shadows under it too..
What ya think?
