I'm pretty sure I aced my final! Yay!

Diablo III is a top-down dungeon crawler. The camera is always looking down at an isometric angle, kind of like Zelda.

I'm not good at most games; when somethings chasing me in the game I want to run away in real life! I've played Final Fantasy's 7 through 13 part 2 though, I'm a huge FF geek! 8 Was my first and will always be my favourite but I love 10 too. Also love Lost Odyssey which was basically made by the FF team, The Longest Journey and Grim Fandango. This is the extent of my gaming so don't ask me about any other games!

Have to buy a new x-box controller (Maya ate all the controllers when she was a pup!) so I can replay Lost Odyssey. Such a good game!

LOL! the first FF game I played is actually Mystic Quest on SNES. Then I played FF2 on SNES. Never finished FF3. :( After that, I jumped to FF7 on PC. Never got to finish that one and got it on PSX later on. I never finished that either, so its still a WIP. I never really got into FF9, but I suppose I could give it another shot. ;) FF8 is also one I need to try. Unfortunately, I don't have a PS2 system so I can't play FF10 - blitz ball sounds fun. Hahaha.

The other is Good. It’s joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness and truth.

Trying to get a dog to play in a paddling pool is not as easy as I thought it would be. This morning she was swimming in a large pond, then when we got back home she was avoiding her new pool like it was bath time! I've now managed to get her to go in and out of the pool with some gentle coaxing (and a large hunk of cheese!). I don't think either of us are really enjoying the experience though!

I swear I will get that dog to enjoy paddling in the garden!

I'll be getting sam one next week... not sure if that is going to go according to my plans either... He is scared of the bath and he doesn't just cry in the bath but yelps like it's scalding hot or something... so i think it may look like a bath but with it been outside i'm hoping he will like it..

Since they like muddy puddles and stuff, would a muddy paddling pool look more tempting???

The free ones are like that. I've found that the good ones cost money...Which is one of the reasons why I refuse to use the platform.

If you want to develop for WordPress, it's really well documented. The tough part is wrapping your mind around their abstractions (ie. "The Post", "The Loop", etc.), which are just fancy wrappers for queries to the database.

PHP is ugly and a complete language of exceptions, but I really do enjoy coding in it.

If I bump into you in Mississauga, Nino, I'd like to ask you more about that project unless I'm very busy then it will just be a "Hello (and a few exciting things to say) and glad to have finally met you" scenario and maybe a quick photo-shot before leaving. You're an awesome person Nino and I'd really like to run into you at some point ;)

Suppose it's worth a shot! I got Maya to touch the water with her paw, then treated with cheese. After she finally allowed her paw to touch the bottom of the pool she sort of just walked in. It took ages though! (And now I have no cheese!) Good luck with Sam and let us know how it goes!

Note to self: repeat this mantra -- "patience is a virtue. good things come to those who wait."

I am resisting the urge to lose my professional friendliness on a political animal issues argument right now.....resisting SO VERY HARD not to virtually b**slap a few people.. SRSLY.

Yes. Political debates (and ensuing laws/agreements/licenses/etc) can get nasty. Some people are getting snarky because in their eyes, they got a HUGE win. No worries, we're still keeping an eye on things. Time will tell..... time will tell. Good things come to those who wait. 8-)

I had a similar one like that two nights ago! :D
Was walking two Tamaskans in the mid summer of 2017, one male whose head looked like a younger version of Jaeger (maybe it's his future son that I'm walking) but with a shiny red coat behind and all the way to the tail like Kana's and a younger female pup that I apparently imported from Germany who looked a bit like Sampo but had a more darker mask and her legs were more cream-coloured. If this is the future then I will definitely work hard in my post grad now and my career field afterwards to prepare for it :D I also recall that two of my younger cousins in that dream world asked me if I was going to breed them and I said "Claire and Sophie, I don't know yet at this time but maybe if all the health test results come out well then I'll be joining the TDR and will definitely let you both know. But for now, (censoring girlfriend's name here) and I still have a lot to learn :) "

Behold NTCC, Amarok Tamaska may be coming by 2019!

Ugh, what a fun week I've had. I've had swelling and immense pain in my cheek since tuesday. So on thursday; off to the dental school I go (not my own dentist, I have to wait til July for that!). Trainee dentist had no clue, so the supervisor comes along and tells me that I've been unknowingly clenching my teeth at night and that's what's causing the pain. Doesn't make sense to me but she's the expert so off I go. Yesterday at work was absolute agony and I spent friday and saturday overdosing on pain killers. So, different dentist today; she takes one look and diagnoses me with a blocked salivary gland. She even let me see it in the mirror and it was bloody obvious! So I'm now on pain meds and two types of antibiotics and I'm sitting here sucking lemons to try and draw out the blockage. Yuck!

Sometimes; life sucks... literally...

skyedream wrote:Ugh, what a fun week I've had.

I hope your pharmacist recommend some probiotics to go with those.

Funny, I'm currently in my last semester of college and will be graduating in August and will be in post-grad by fall.

The end of one path is just the beginning of another. Keep on going! ;)

Thank you all! I'm still excited!! Haven't been able to celebrate lately because I've been sick but I'm hoping in the next day or two I get to partying :D
