Crystallization Photos

Post by Tiantai » Wed Dec 25, 2013 5:33 am

While the glazing storm did cause a lot of power outage, it also left some beautiful crystallized scenery so I have decided to share some of the pictures that my two brothers and I have taken with all of you :)

This is the pond where my waterfowls normally hang out but since the pond had frozen over they have decided to move closer to the nearby factories where there is warm spots for them to drink out of puddles

And last but not least, the tree in the front of the neighbour court around my grandmother's area.

It almost looks like they're made out of glass. Nice pictures.

I bet if I were to take a comparison photo of real plants trapped in glass to the frozen plants side-by-side some people would not be able to tell them apart unless they were at the park ;)

Thanks everyone. We were freezing like crazy just to get the perfect snap shots :)

Here's four pictures that I tried to upload but had to crop some parts out because of the size restriction:
This is going to be a long memory.jpg
At the flash of the sunset.jpg
The original photo of these last two were much larger but I had to dimish the quality and crop some parts off in order to post it
