There’s a battle between two wolves inside us all.
One is Evil. It’s anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego.
The other is Good. It’s joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness and truth.
The wolf that wins? The one you feed!

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity... I'm not sure about the former.
The squirrel trick should really only be him sitting up on his hind legs, the head turn was just a fluke thing that I decided to keep in the vid.
So I'm afraid I can't tell you how to teach that.
But the other bit that I have named 'Squirrel', I think it is also called 'Sit pretty' or 'beg',
is pretty easy to teach. I used luring and clicking.
If you don't use a clicker in your training, just praising works well too.
This is the way I did it with Ookami:
I had nice treats and asked him to sit. The moved my hand with the treat above his head so he had to reach up to get it.
When his front paws started lifting off the ground I clicked and gave him a treat.
Then repeat and only click and reward when he has lifted them a little bit more every time.
They catch on quite quickly.
If you find that your dog seems to have problems balancing like this, you can do the same type of training,
but instead be standing behind your dog so that they can lean backwards on your legs to begin with.
When he came to the stage that he was balancing for a few moments and showed he had understood what was asked of him,
I added the command 'Squirrel'.
Hmm, I hope you understood all of that.
Remember to not train for too long at one time and be patient when you teach your dog something new.
Also, don't do this type of training much with a puppy, as it can do damage to their young bodies.
