Here's warm welcome from your friendly Canadian neighbour.
I see Kira has inspired you like how Karen's dogs in the Netherlands brought my interest into this breed.

Thank you all for the warm welcome.

HiTenshi16- We live in Arlington, home of the Rangers, Six Flags and my husbands least favorite team. (Sorry, he was raised in KS and is a die hard Chiefs fan.)

arianwenarie- Where do you live?

I was hoping to meet some Tams and introduce them to my husband and two kids.

I'm not a fan of any of the Texas sports teams (not honestly a huge fan of any team really :P )
I'll be going to the dog park in Arlington this Sunday morning! Would be a great chance to meet our Tamaskans :D We usually join a group of friends who run DOGSDFW (Dogs Out Getting Social Dallas Fort Worth) where we visit dog parks and go on pack walks together in the DFW areas.

LOL! I am not a sports fan either, I just nod and listen when DH and DS talk about their teams. ;)

What time will you be at the dog park? We will definitely try to make it. I will talk to DH and see how busy our weekend looks.

Hi Kelly and family- We are in Lewisville. We are gonna try and do the DOGSDFW events that Jo recommended but if you ever wanted to meet up outside of that let me know. We are getting our Tam in early Sept, but we have a Min Pin now.

Awe, shame, but in the end it will be worth the wait!
You can find the group on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/DOGSDFW where they post photos that they take of our dogs during the meet-ups and schedule events.
Also their website :) http://www.dogsdfw.com/
