There's a huge thunderstorm going on outside right now so a little while ago I checked to make sure that all the dogs were inside and to close the front door so that the rain doesn't come in (I leave the door open during the day so they can come and go into the garden whenever they want). Jasper & Vixen were curled up on their beds... but no sign of Zora!!! She was outside: playing in the storm without a care in the world with thunder and lightning and rain all around! I called her in immediately and she came without hesitation, but I was still pretty impressed - not many adult dogs would be out there in the middle of a thunderstorm and here is a 3 month old Tamaskan puppy, just totally chilled out about it all.

still a work in progress tho... just wanted to see how it fit an avi size and what it looked like before i see if i can layer it...

thats one thing with been of the forum... the aww moments continue but add *gasp*'s as they grow into stunning dogs

I suggested to Pete that he might consider sending pups to people in Australia - since these pups are already older and already have their rabies vaccinations, it would mean a shorter waiting period for them and there are quite a few Aussies now on the forum. I know some have already booked pups from recent / upcoming litters, but it might be an idea to contact others who showed an interest in the past.

Im not sure if Australia would allow pups in from Bulgaria I would have to check that out. They will allow from UK though so long as
the Rabies and Blood tests are done but even then the wait is 6 months from the positive blood test, and they have to be looked after during that time

not forgetting they still need a 30 day stay in quarantine once they arrive in Aus' stupid as it is.

That sounds like Saga, bonfire night was not a problem for her she stood in the door way watching and listening even fireworks being let off next door did not bother her. Saga is one of the pups from Saxons first litter, she is a very chilled laid back dog, not a lot bothers her. Everyone who knows her loves her and we get many compliments on how gentle she is with dogs smaller than her. Obviously some small dogs think she is big and scary and would rather run away

I had the pleasure of meeting Odin and Frigga while they were still in the UK and they are both lovely dogs, not only do they look good, but they both have wonderful temperaments. Odin especially has a very chilled laid back personality which it looks like he passes on to his pups. If you are looking for a dog that will fit into a family, be great round children then you can not go far wrong with a Saxon pup.

I would have taken Botev Vrah but unfortunately i don't have funding for a Tam any more

and there would have been travel costs as well...

Hope they find homes very soon, esp with Lynn mating for yet more pups and it been harder to place older pups

Has Jennie sold all her's yet?

Maybe they'll get desperate and just give him to you? It must be hard having so many pups of that age. Jennie still has zuul and Geri pups avail.

. I don't envy the job pete has of toilet and basic training the pups tho... It must be really hard work with 5 of them.

I think the 'market' was overflooded with so many litters at the same time.. I also don't really understand why you would mate more females when you still have pups for sale

I'm really glad that I didn't breed from Konah this time, she could easily have gotten 10+ pups herself and I really wouldn't want to be stuck with half the litter.. so many pups at an older age would drive me nuts

OK, I will join in, Any male, I was going to say Todor as all the others look similar to Saga and I might get them mixed up, but they all look great and if they have the same personality as Saga I would be very happy. A free pup would be the only way to persuade my husband to get another just yet
