Informal Fall Gathering - Midwest USA

The idea of a Tamaskan gathering this fall may become a reality. There has been some interest to have an informal gathering to allow Tamakan owners and enthusiasts a chance to get together. A private location has been volunteered. The dates that would be available would be October 8th or October 22nd and the location would be near Madison, WI.

Please let me know if anyone is interested to help us determine if there is enough interest in holding the event and date would work best.

I am about 5 hours away, I would love to go if I can scrounge up the money

I will be driving through Wisconsin in a little over two weeks to head down to pick up my Blustag puppy at the Chicago Airport if any wants to meet up I would love to meet some other Tamaskan.

Awe, I want to go, but I'm so strapped for money right now.

I can't get my projects (making tug-of-war ropes and drawing commissions) going to help donate to the Tamaskan rescue like I really wanted to. Hopefully my husband and I will at least make it to the next USA Tamaskan Dog Show.

Prob best on the way down to Chicago, don't want to stress out the puppy too much

We are about 10 minutes off of I39/94/90 East of Madison.

We will be attending the MW Tam get together. The location is about 25 minutes south of me.... can't wait to see Rambler and anyone else who will be able to make it with their Tams

The date has been set. We are planning on our Tamaskan gathering on October 8th just outside of Madison, Wisconsin. If we have severe weather (tonado, hail, etc.) we will reschedule for October 22nd. Hope to see lots of furry friends and two-legged friends

The time has been set from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on October 8, 2011. If you are interested in attending, please PM me your email address and I will send you directions and information about the area if you are travelling.

There will be plenty of food so bring your appetite

Great photos of lovely dogs, there is nothing nicer than a pack of Tams having fun together. It also shows what wonderful dogs they are to be so many all off the lead together.

Thank you, everyone Andrew and I had a lot of fun. Wish I could of stayed longer... next time I will be staying instead of turning around and driving home. Worst drive home ever! Only saw about 150 deer standing around the road... Might be because all the bucks are fighting and chasing the females around this time of the year

Unfortunately, I saw a couple deer that had been hit by semi trucks... It' wasn't pretty at all.
